Jolianne specializes in civil safety within the Quebec government apparatus. Her work consists of improving the level of municipal and governmental preparedness for emergencies by promoting a culture of safety through a participatory, comprehensive, and integrated approach. Jolianne has been involved in several international projects as an NGO advisor. She has been trained on civil-military coordination by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
